Pricing Questions

What counts as an endpoint?

An endpoint is any device we manage—workstations, laptops, servers, and network devices. Mobile devices and printers are typically excluded from endpoint counts but can be added for an additional fee.

Are there setup fees?

New managed services clients require an onboarding assessment and documentation process. This is typically billed as a one-time project fee based on environment complexity, usually ranging from $1,500 to $5,000.

What's not included in managed services?

Hardware costs, software licenses, third-party service fees, and major project work (migrations, new system implementations) are billed separately. We provide transparent quotes for any out-of-scope work before proceeding.

What are your contract terms?

Managed services agreements are month-to-month after an initial 6-month commitment. This gives us time to properly document and stabilize your environment while giving you flexibility afterward.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive 15% off managed services plans. Contact us with your organization details for verification.
